Pain is...

Picking up 88 stitches, knitting them, then finding your rib is wrong and you have to take it all out again...

Oh god. You have my sympathies.

Btw, you were asking about my swift not so long ago. I can now say that it is *very* useful. It takes me about an hour to wind a skein of sock wool by hand. It only takes about 10-15 minutes with the swift and ball winder...
